It does not hug your body. It's not uncomfortable. There is a lumbar type removable Velcro wedge that allows you to recline it. I don't have anyone that tall to give it a test run. It's a great chair for the money. Not uncomfortable. He just ... LOVES.. it. He uses it daily. I will have to say though, it's a good thing he's really really stick skinny. I'm normal average size and it's just too small for me to be comfortable. the edge of the seat have harder edges so if your butt goes into that area expect to feel it. I can't give this a bad review due to the size .. but it would be helpful if they did put that in the description. It's really made for younger teens or earlier. It's great quality though and he loves the thing!
