Pettiny 20 Cat Litter Tray Liners with Drawstrings Scratch Resistant Bags for Medium and Large Litter Box

I’ve bought these Jumbo cat litter liners many times, and they’ve consistently been excellent. The quality is far better than most with being sturdy, reliable, and available in different sizes, which is a real bonus. I usually use this liner as the base layer and place a cheaper clear liner on top. Because this one is strong and a good quality, it holds up beautifully and can be reused multiple times. The only exception is when my little darlings get very enthusiastic with their digging. When it’s time to changing the litter, the drawstring handles make everything quick and mess free. No leaks, no odours, and the litter tray stays clean. For the durability and convenience you get, it's great value for money.

I know it sounds ridiculous, but these tray liners were a literal life-changer. We have a big outdoor litter box which for 10 years had a smaller litter tray inside, with tray liners inside that sellotaped in place so they couldn't be scratched off. Changing the litter tray was a horrendous experience, involving bleaching and scrubbing everything due to cat pee going through the ripped liners, outside the tray and into the box, litter falling everywhere through the holes... I tried these and they're big enough that they fit over the entire base of the litter box. Now I just pour litter in there. And when it's time to change, I just unhook the top and pull the tie-tops and the whole thing lifts out of the perfectly clean litter box. It's never ripped, never scratched to pieces, no stinky pee anywhere. Changing the cat litter was the bane of my life for years but these have made it a quick, perfectly pleasant job. 5 stars all round!

Straight off, these are much better quality than the ones I have been buying from Pets at Home for years. I buy the XL liners there and if you use those yourself the Pettiny brand will do just fine size-wise. The plastic is thicker and therefore more resistant to scratches. The drawstrings seem more durable than the Pets at Home brand too. As far as value for money goes, the Pets at Home liners are £3 for a box of 6 meaning that they come in a bit cheaper than the Pettiny brand but I'd argue that the quality more or less justifies the extra price. Pettiny litter liners at the time of writing this review are £12.95 for 20. I would say, however, that to remain fair value there isn't much scope for price rises, especially in light of other competitor brands offering similar for less but as it stands these are a much better quality than the ones I have been buying for years and I'm satisified to make the move over to Pettiny liners (having them delivered is less hassle too). Great quality liners, and just about value for money if you're willing to fork out a few quid more for a more premium product.

Best quality I have used. Tough and durable - one or two scratches but overall no spillage when changing. Fits easily around a corner litter box.

I have two cats. They are allowed outside but do their business inside more often than not. I use steel litter trays, which are easy to keep clean but it's a horrible, smelly job having to scrub it clean and make sure I get all the tiny particles. These liners have honestly improved my life immeasurably. I first line the tray with one of these, then put two absorbent pads down, then cover with litter. The pads are important too as they stop the liners being scratched. Gone are the days of scrubbing. I just tie the bag up and replace! It takes hardly any time, and reduces having to inhale stinky litter. They're thick enough to withstand a lot of litter, and large enough line our massive steel trays. I haven't had one leak yet. They're excellent value for the convenience they provide and I wouldn't be without them now.
