Crayola 24 Twistables Colored Pencils

You can never go wrong with Crayola. These are good quality and don’t break too easily. They are perfect thickness and my niece loved all the color options.

Amazon sells a 50-pack of these twistable colored pencils. So if you have that, is there anything to gain by buying this 24-pack? Yes! There are FIVE colors not included in the 50-pack: Turquoise. Lighter than teal, less green than aqua, but slightly more green than sky blue. Delightful! Peach. A bit more orange than sand, a bit more pink than apricot. Light; subtle. Fluorescent Yellow. Probably closest to green yellow, but much brighter. Good for dark paper. Fluorescent Orange. Nothing even close to this in that 50-pack. Bright, pale, unique. Fluorescent Pink. The 50-pack has a LOT of pink options: carnation pink, bubblegum, flamingo, salmon, magenta, orchid, mauve. This fluorescent pink is closest to flamingo, but just a shade closer to red. Dye lots, and human color vision, vary. But if you're looking for some brighter, lighter color options, you should enjoy this set.

Good variety of colors and they work great, except the white colored pencil doesn’t show up too well on colored paper. The package was taped at the top and bottom which made me wonder if the pencils had been used but they all look brand new. I’m happy with my purchase :)

I love these twistable crayons for my kids. I buy these every year for them for school and they never disappoint. They are high quality and long lasting. They are much more durable than regular crayons.

Having a twisting pencil in my classroom, ages 3-6 years, has been great. No pencil sharpener grinds the pencils down and the children enjoy the independence of twisting the point when they need more color.

These pencils are good overall and kids find them fun. The tips do not break as long as you twist them out correctly, and the colours are nice and vibrant. However, I wouldn’t buy these again because regular wooden coloured pencils work just as well. For kids , wooden pencils are more than enough compared to these plastic twistable ones.
