I guess buying foundation over the internet is something I need to give up on. WARM CARAMEL MEDIUM DARK in the Jabot Camera Ready Color Lasting Performance Foundation is definitely for a woman of color; It is for someone of European Descent. I knew as soon as I put a dab on my brush that the color was dead wrong; meaning casket ready. Just for kicks, I applied the foundation to my forehead to see how it would smooth to my skin; double dead wrong---- it did not apply like I expected. If you are of African descent, don't even try this color. I am caramel complected, my mother is light skinned and it was too light for her. The external packaging is nice, pretty and looks like you spent a million bucks based on the packaging but I think I would have done better if I purchased a foundation straight out of the drugstore versus what I ordinarily purchase at the department store. In my advice, if you are used to MAC, Prescriptives, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Clinique.... stick with what works. Do not deviate; especially with this foundation if you are not of European origins.
