Is this actually a 5 pack as described? Plenty of reviews state they received only 1 piece.

Funny story... I ordered 2 of these items, at the same time, in the same Amazon order. I received 2 separate envelopes....one containing 5 boxes and the other containing 1 box. The one card box I received actually had a sticker on it that said "Ultra Pro Pack of 5-100 Count 2 Piece..." When I chatted with Customer Service, Amazon wanted me to return the single box for a full refund. I didn't think it was worth the effort to return a single card box. They gave me a $10 credit instead.

Is there a case for a full wax pack?

I have no idea. I use them for playing cards. They are 2.5” x 3.5”

Would 100 standard-sized business cards fit in the boxes?

100 business cards would fit in the boxes for sure.

Sirve para Sleeved Star Realm cards?

If Star Realm cards are the same dimensions as a standard baseball and football card they will fit inside the box.
