Red Heart Super Saver Yarn 312 Black

Love this yarn. My daughter uses it to crochet hats for cancer patients. It is very soft and easy to work with. It is very consistent and a good value for the money. The colors are vivid and look lovely, rich and vibrant as a hat.

You can’t beat this yarn. It’s easy to work with and it has a nice texture. The price is great too! It’s versatile and works for many different patterns. There are minimal joining knots and the thickness of this yarn is perfect for cozy throws. I used six skeins to make a generous size throw (pictured). I’m a little lazy, so I appreciate the fact that with the Red Heart Stripes yarn, there is no need to change colors every few rows. You can just keep going and still have a colorful item when you are done. I have tried other brands, but always come back to Red Heart. You just can’t beat the quality and price.

This yarn is priced nicely and has beautiful vibrant colors that change from one to the other. It’s great for creating retro granny squares because the colors are perfectfor this project. The downside is, yarn is somewhat corse and could be softer

This fruit stripe colorway is so scrumptious and stitches up so gorgeously! I used this yarn to make a pocketed triangle shawl for sitting out on summer nights when it gets a bit chilly and the colors just POP! Like all Super Saver yarn, it gets softer after you wash the finished project. There were a few knots in one skein but I was able to hid them in my granny stitches.

This red heart, baby pink yarn was exactly what I needed to finish up a baby blanket. I had no problem with it at all, no unraveling, no knotting and a real treat to use. Great product and a great price.

Super soft and such a pretty color! Nice quality and doesn’t tangle. Easy to knit. Washes well by hand or gentle cycle in mesh bag.

Good color and texture. Bean stitched blanket turned out nice. The texture of this color was easy to work with. I notice that some colors,like royal blue are more soft and stretchy than some. This was not too soft and stretchy making it easier for me to work with.

I'm an American and I live in Europe and the yarn just isn't the same. Red heart and others like it are not available here on the shelf. It's just different/better to me from what's available here.
