KJV Compact Bible, Navy LeatherTouch, Value Edition

Nice compact little Bible I can take anywhere.

The cutest, most lovely to hold and overall greatly satisfying to own KJV compact Bible. It looks so sophisticated and feels high quality. Nice elegant font, red letters for Jesus, no commentary at all so it’s nothing but the pure word of God. Each verse is indented and starts on a new line. There is a paragraph symbol ¶ to distinguish when a new paragraph is beginning. At the back it contains a ‘where to turn’ section, a ‘topical micro concordance’, ‘Bible dictionary’ and some maps. The overall writing is very small but that wasn’t a problem for me because I was expecting it and my eyes can handle it. This is the Bible I’ve been carrying around in my bag day-to-day and even reading at home; I’ll certainly be carrying it around when I travel. Overall super happy with the purchase.

I literally think this is the best size bible, especially for traveling or going to church. It’s very well-made. I would recommend a 1000x over. I just wish it came in pink!

Great quality Compact Bible!

KJV bible.. Sorry for only rating 3* but didn't give thickness dimensions in picture thus finding difficult to read scripture, "it is so small", partly my fault, plus i don't think they should produce any bible that script is so small.

It’s small in size, the color is very nice. The sides of the pages shine like gold and it is very good looking. Text size is small but i didn’t find it hard to read. Pages are extremely thin but not necessarily fragile. I loved everything about it and definitely recommend.

This is a good quality Bible as is usually the case from Holman Publishers, but the 6 point font is tiny. Nice gold-edged pages. Good for travelling, but not for prolonged reading.

I love this Bible and the quality is really great for the price. It has been reliable for me for the last year since I ordered it and I've kept it with me in my backpack traveling all over and it's held up great. Note, I keep it in the cardboard sleeve it comes in when stored in my bag and I try to keep something wrapped around that aswell like a t-shirt or a small towl just to protect it a little further and protect the gilding. Only recently I spilled water with my Bible lying open and it scruffed up and harded some of the center pages so I ordered another one(I still love and use my old one). My only wish for this Bible would be bigger text but it's definitely still readable and edifying to the spirit. If you've ever used a Gideon New Testament this Bible is like a bigger sibling of the two but it's the whole Bible so that makes it all that much better! To the best of my knowledge the topical subheadings have allowed copyright of this version so it's not the exact presentation of the Pure Cambridge Text but the scripture is all there and very little is different in spelling. I love the topical subheadings in this presentation, they are done well and for navigation they really come in handy. The navy blue leather touch is a smooth midnight blue. You can see my pictures of comparison, the one on the left is a year old and barely faded in color. The gilding has held up really well too. All in all I love the bible in this size and presentation and I'm still on the hunt for many more but if you're looking for a dark blue small compact KJV, this is at the least 8/10.

Nice and very compact to carry around. The letters are small though but it is understandable because of the compact size of the Bible.
