Right out of the box, these lights are well built. They have a well detailed look and feel durable in hand. Other than vague directions on the packaging, there are virtually no installation instructions or installation video. There are multiple wires - 1 black (ground), 1 white w/fuse (positive), 2 yellow (turn signals) and 1 red (DRLs). If you have no wiring experience, this can seem intimidating. The wires are on the short side; so get ready for some wire splicing (SMH). The strips have a quick disconnect from the control module, which is a plus. Oddly, one wire is shorter than the other (both were too short to begin with). I installed with DRLs; I tapped the red wire to my cigarette lighter fuse so that they are on when the car is on. Once properly installed, these lights are amazing (so far). The DRLs are bright white and the sequential turn signal effect is fluid. These lights are beautiful. I installed them on my Jeep Wrangler fenders with transparent double sided Gorilla, rather than relying on the 3M. I don’t want to screw them in, in case they go bad, and now I’m stuck with holed up fenders. They fit flush against the edge of my fenders. I can’t believe how perfect the sizing was. Very satisfied with the clean look. I’m hoping that they last a very long time.

My 4dr Wrangler JK has stock fenders with an aftermarket ARB brand bumper that follows the wide lines of the fenders with a small gap between them. I used two 10" pieces of 1"x1" aluminum 'L' angle bar that I epoxied together to make a 10" long 'U' shape. I used one of these creations per side of the Jeep, bonding the LED strips to the 'U' shape I made, then using 3M type double sided strong tape to bond the light unit to the top of my bumper (between the bumper and the fender). Then, I easily attached the LED leads by tapping into the existing turn signal wires and using an open breaker/fuse location (in the under hood fuse box) that is 'always on' with the ignition on (research these online on a Jeep forum or Youtube). Easy as heck, now I have a one of a kind Daytime Running Light (DRL/DTRL) in addition to a very cool looking sequential turn signal that I get quite a few questions about. As far as I know, there is no aftermarket device like this, so my creation is pretty unique and cool. I added a photo and small video of the result.

10/25/19- last DRLs damaged by water. Different type. Were not water proof as they claimed. Figured to try these. Wires are not labeled. Had to figure out left and right turn signals. They look great on my ridgeline. Very bright. Like the running Amber LED for turn signals. I’ll update if any issues come up. Update 11/2021- well, they lasted 2 yrs. just noticed the lights were not coming on i checked all the connections. the fuse box. They just died. i'll see about ordering these again. Figured it would last at least 5 yrs, for it being LED.

The light is bright, yes even the turn signal too. The turn signal does NOT go any faster if you happen to already have a hyper flashing turn signal, it functions as designed. Personally, I did not like how thin ALL the wires were. I did not like how quickly and cheaply assembled this light arrived. But I made due with it and tapped it into my turn signal wires and daytime running lights (aka first turn on the headlight stalk). The lights have 2 holes for mounting using screws and also has some fake 3M tape to adhere onto a surface. So far the lights are holding up and havent been blown or washed away. The switch back feature between turnsignal -> DRL is about a 1 sec delay as you will see on any Audi or Tesla out on the road today. If you dont have experience doing this type of full on install, review various Youtube vids or take it to a professional. This is not to be tried by a beginner, the packaging does not include instructions, just a quick simple diagram as to which wires have what function. And you have to carefully ensure the proper wires are connected to their respectful light when it comes to tapping into the turn signal wires.

This is the second time I purchased these lights. 1st ones burned out and now those water got in the tube, one of the IED’s is out and it’s turning one even with car turning off and the switch off.

I have ordered these twice. First set had one side fail at about the 5 month mark. Bought another set because they look awesome. I will have an extra left over.. Replaced the non functional side. Everything was great Then the original side went out, I have extras, replaced it. About 3 months later, the other side went out. That's it, no more spares - Wont' be buying these again as they last just long enough to not be returnable.

Se ven muy bien, buena inensidad de la luz pero solo me duraron 6 meses 3 leds empezaron a fallar, hasta uno de ellos ya parpadea.

Well constructed and easy to install. Great way to add DRLs if you switched to led headlights and lost DRLs in the process.

First one I bought worked when it felt like it and then just stopped working all together, Returned it. Had to buy it again because the screw holes I put in for the last one had to line up. I had it for about 3 weeks. So far so good.
