Ended up installing on the sending fuel line , because my Jeep has a start up issue with the check valve in the fuel pump. Pretty sure it went bad , so this is a great alternative got some 5/16 fuel line and hose clamps to finish the job and my Jeep starts up fast and easy every time now, no issues starting. It would have a long crank time after driving around for a while and would stall or take a lot of time to start back up. I replaced everything you could think of and sure enough it was the valve in the fuel pump, instead of dropping it I used this instead. Works great ! I would highly Recommend this for any ones car or Jeep that has the same issue as mine. Saved me a lot of money and time, and you can even look up a DIY on YouTube, just type in Jeep Yj fuel line check valve. Installed it as a vacuum break on pneumatic line which is probably not intended purpose but hey it works. Check opens with very little pressure and springs closed under normal condition. Somewhat restrictive so it may reduce flow on a weaker pump but not excessively.
