It uses 120 V. There's no switch to change it to 220 V as far as I can tell.

What is the OD of the dust port? I want to use a 1" Lamello vac hose instead of the bag.

Inside diameter for the bag adapter is 1" / Outside diameter is 1-3/16". I measured them with calipers
