Is it bad?** A: I use mine primarily for hot chocolate for my son's swim team. Not once was it hot to the touch. I usually put hot water prior to putting in the hot chocolate. But, with some Bunn coffee makers, you can put the carafe where the coffee pot sits and the coffee directly brews into the carafe. **Q: No cleaning instructions were enclosed for 36725.000 Bunn Airpot.How do I get these instructions?** A: http://www.bunn.com/sites/default/files/wysiwyg/careclean/airpot_care_cleaning.pdfI don't work for Bunn and am no engineer but what I found to work is:If you need to get into the bellows, remove the lid upside and lay it upside down - imagine the underside is a clock-face - at 1 o'clock, 5 o'clock, 7 o'clock and 11 o'clock you will see little plastic tabs that hold the underside (clock-face) into the outer main casing.Simply pry a thin lever (like a knife) between the outer main casing and the 'clock-face' (underside) just above / below these tabs and spread the outer case away from the underside. Work your way around the 4 tabs and then just press the two side-buttons in by the spout and the underside should come away easily.Please note: NO FORCE was required to do mine other than separating the outer case from the underside around the tabs.
