This seems to keep me regular

I have extreme digestive problems and my GI system shuts down. This product (in combination with digestive enzymes) helps my GI system work almost normally and allows me to eat food I cannot eat when I don’t take it.

I have used one bottle and about to order a new one. I have been tracking my bowel movements for the last 6 months and since taking Ayurvedic Digestive Formula, I have seen improvements. I take one pill one night and two the next night (two every day makes me cramp). Along with my probiotics, this is helping me have a bowel movement once to three times a week. This is a huge improvement!

Use it every morning

Not a magic pill, but it will immediately help you absorb your food better. I have been facing IBS/SIBO since last few months after antibiotics and this has been part of my arsenal and probably the main weapon to some extent (after raw milk) to fight this condition.

I had been buying these for a couple of years thinking that they were helping with digestive issues. (Reflux) but I forgot to take them a few nights in a row and guess what? No reflux! It was these that were causing the reflux. I do not recommend this product.
