Mine did not come with a harness (pig tail) though the picture shows it does. Will I need this harness to install on a 22re toyota pickup?

You can just use your old harness on your truck now & it will just plug on in

Does this pump have the word "Denso" written on it anywhere?

Yes it does. It's stamped on the black plastic near the electrical connection. Same location as the original Toyota pump I replaced. Also came in a Denso box with an pretty nice instruction book and hardware.

I'm guessing this does not come with the regulator. I believe I have low pressure (fuel trim ~35%), should the pump/regulator be replaced together?

Yes, just the pump. My issue was that my Toyota Echo that I purchased...sat for two years...I replaced the fuel pump (no fuel at all). When I left the car overnight or non-use for an hour or more...the fuel pressure would be lost. I suspected a leaky fuel injector...ordered a new set of 4 Denso OEM injectors. In the meantime, I ran the fuel tank to about a half and put in a full can of Seafoam in...ran that to almost empty. Once I filled up again, the pressure leak vanished...so either the fuel pressure regulator came unstuck or whatever was causing the injector to leak either dissolved or pushed its way through.
