⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Durable, Affordable, and Battle-Tested Over Years of Use
The FLYBIRD Adjustable Bench is a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable, multi-purpose workout bench without dropping hundreds on premium brands. While the overall build quality is decent and the price point is attractive, what really sets this bench apart is its durability. ✅ Why It Stands Out: Used 6x a week by two people for over four years, and it’s still going strong—no rips, tears, or padding breakdown Incline/decline adjustments are smooth and versatile enough for full-body workouts Foldable design makes it easy to store when space is tight A great option for home gyms that need functionality without the premium price tag ⚠️ Minor Drawbacks: The welds and overall tolerances aren’t as refined as higher-end models, and it doesn’t feel quite as rock-solid under heavy loads That said, it’s proven itself through consistent use, and the structure has held up impressively well If you want a bench that’s affordable, functional, and built to last, this one delivers. It’s not flashy, but it’s dependable—and in a home gym, that’s what really counts.

Inexpensive, sturdy, and easy to move.
Inexpensive, sturdy, and easy to move. Surprisingly light but holding up well and I have been using it a while. I like the fact that it can fold down for storage, which would be handy during a move. Only ping is lack of a decline setting.

Easy to fold and move around, but sturdy
Easy to assemble if you watch the User Guide video provided. I assembled it within a reasonable time but not in 5 min as the video states. I had to stop & start the video a few times, but the instructions were clear.

Decent but a little small
For what you pay it’s worth it. But this bench is a little on the smaller size. I’m 5’11 and 180lbs and I feel like this bench is a little small. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still very usable but on the smaller side. If you have a bigger frame than me look for a different alternative. Quality seems decent and it was easy to put together. Not as easy to change the chair back or seat as you’d find in a professional gym. Requires an additional lever to pull ( 2 levers needed to adjust instead of just 1) but overall not bad. Cushions are pretty comfortable but the foot rest and pads on the bottom are pathetically small, like child size small. 3 stars.

Great for incline, flat, but not for decline!
Mostly happy with this economical purchase! As light and compact as this is, it is sturdy. Incline and flat it is stable for a moderate work out. Decline, no way. Attempted a number of variations of leg placements, but in decline, the front and rear pieces of the bench do not line up and there is only one decline angle which is steep enough you need to rely on the foot bar or the front of the bench to hold you up. So, am 75% happy with this because I needed something primarily for flat and incline barbell work outs. Oh, and the instruction manual is not up to date either. Some pieces are partially installed, 2 match and are not different, but they are all there! Also watch underneath, my finger picked up a metal shard around one of the drilled holes.

This bench is surprisingly sturdy for its size. For me the size works but it may not be as good for someone who is 6 feet tall. I use it with weights, for doing crunches and knee drops. It was easy to assemble and is easily adjustable from flat to sitting and various angles in between. I have a small room so this gives me what I was looking for without giving up too much space.

Es muy cómodo y versátil, al poder plegarse es fácil de guardar, el único pero que encuentro es que es algo pequeño, mido 1.88 y el respaldo en posición inclinado me llega justo al cuello lo que lo hace incómodo

Back support is quite short. If you are over 5'9'' then this model is not suitable for you. Apart from that the quality is okay and the bench is easy to assemble. Also the M80 x4 secure pin that is supplied is not long enough.

Okay where do i start. Its not worth £119 for a start. Good bench but having decided to buy one i reviewed many makes. This one kept coming up tops. I had one from argos which made me think all benches were of similar quality. So I went for it. Fortunately the other day on Amazon it dropped in price to £101, I also had a voucher for £25 from Xmas from my employer so it only cost me £76 in the end which I would say is a fair price. I sold my Opti bench i bought from argos a year ago to buy the flybird. The quality is a grave difference meaning the opti feels very sturdy in comparison. I wanted a bench that folds up, the Opti didn't do that. If it did i would have kept it. Real solid bench and great cushion comfort. Anyway having said that I'm very happy with the flybird. Nice looking, it is strong easy to use and quite lightweight, less than 10 kilos i think, so easy to move around. The only issue I have is the cushioning. Its good but would prefer it a little bit thicker. I also now understand the issue with the head support people are saying. I'm 5ft 8 and 75 kilos when doing flys my head is beyond the board. I i still manage to support it enough to exercise with the barbell. Any taller i would struggle. It has a nice feel to the makeshift leather, and the metal feels strong and it is so easy to change position. It is low enough to do step ups which is good, the Opti was too high for that. When doing decline sit ups i feel the leather wouldn't last on the seat part as the back of your knee puts a lot of strain on the leather as its not that thick and i think with a lot of sit ups it will eventually tear. I'm bench pressing 60 kilos and it holds that weight fine on flat or incline. To be honest in comparing the Opti bench to the flybird, the Opti feels like a man's bench and the flybird looks and feels more for the ladies or teenagers. It looks small when I look at it and didn't look at all strong. But it is and feels solid. I think I'll enjoy it, more so that your seconds in being able to change position for whatever you doing. And it folds so easy and fits in the corner. I gave it 5 stars as it is a good bench for beginners, and it does look good and feel nice.

This is a good quality bench, but I regretted buying it as I realised that I had been terribly overcharged. They sell for much less with other suppliers.
