Recommendation on the tube is to dissolve one tablet per day in a glass of water (200ml). Dissolved this in a glass of water. Doesn't taste anything like lemon however, the taste isn't bad. Took this and ended up with diarrhea at the end of the day. Decided to compare this with Berocca's effervescent tablets. Berocca had 476mg of Vitamin C and 9mg of Zinc per tablet. Recommended Dietary Allowance indicates 90mg of Vitamin C for men and 75mg for women. RDA of Zinc is 11mg for men and 8 mg for women. NHS website indicates that too much Vit C (more than 1000mg) can result in stomach pain, diarrhea and flatulence. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A pleasant tasting vitamin drink. *by M***D on 2 October 2018* These effervescent tablets contain a really high dose of vitamin c and zinc. Easy to dissolve in water they make a very easy to the palette drink that is lemony and leave no after taste in the mouth.I am not too sure of the effectiveness of these tablets as it is a bit early after just taking a few, it might be my imagination but my energy levels are up a bit and I am definetely feeling more sparkly, butnthatxcoukd be due to the lovely Indian Summer we are experiencing. Overall I think these are a good product to give a boost to depleting energy levels but I think they are very expensive as the same products are available for a lot less.
