**Q: Does this come with 2 or just 1?**
A: The package include 1 strobe light, thanks.

**Q: does this work if the car is off / broken down?**
A: In nearly all cases -- Yes.  Since it is plugged into the cigarette lighter, it works as long as the car battery is good.
PS.   It is really bright.  Much better than the rotating one that I used to have.

**Q: Where do the fuses go?**
A: I don’t think there is a fuse. It has 50,000 hr life span.

**Q: Can I get a replacement lens?**
A: Not sure. May have to reach out to the manufacturer for kens replacement
