The size of the oven is large enough to fit an entire frozen pizza, and includes two racks so you can prepare two trays of baked goods at once. So far we’ve made pizza, cookies, pie and more and they’ve all come out perfectly. In fact, I’m finding that I’m using this toaster oven even more than my actual oven, especially since this heats up much quicker than our main oven. You’ll notice that the oven has 3 knobs. The first knob knob controls the temperature for the top burner, the second knob for the bottom one, and the very bottom one controls the cook time. One of the negative reviews complains that there isn’t a “stay on” cooking option, but I’d argue that the timer system that this oven uses almost guarantees that you’ll never overcook your food. I think my favorite part of the toaster oven is the way that the doors open. They open outward and from the sides which makes them less likely to get in the way of things. One quick thing to note is that you’ll need to “burn off” factory residue from this oven, just like you would with any other appliance. I bought this Luby Toaster Oven with the hope that I would be able to use it to cook the family meals instead of eating out all the time. It has filled this need very well. I was surprised at how large the oven is. I haven't tried, but I think you could easily cook a Turkey in it as the photo shows. I found that I need to add about five minutes to most of the things I cook. For example, if I cook a frozen pizza and the box indicates I should cook it for 14-17 minutes, I cook it for 22 minutes. The negative I have found is that the dial for the temperature goes 150 - 250 - 350 - 450. It would be better if it went by 50's. 150 - 200 - 250 - 300 - 350 - 400 - 450. It is challenging to get 400 degrees. Some reviewers have said that the STAY-ON dial doesn't work. I originally thought this too, but the trick is to turn the knob to the left instead of thinking you need to turn the dial right going past the 450. Nope, turn left. Before you use the oven for the first time, I recommend you take it outside and run it for about twenty minutes. There will be a little smoke. In addition, there is a bad bad smell that needs to cook off. After that, we moved it to our basement and had no problems. They work just fine in the top 2 positions. From Amazon I ordered a Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware cookie sheet 17" There is no lip on 3 sides. This fits perfectly in the 3 bottom positions. It's very sturdy. I baked a heavy clay pot with lid filled with apples and the cookie sheet held up just fine. I now have 3 baking racks, 2 that I can use on the top and the one I bought that I can use on the bottom. So far the temp needs a little adjusting. For 350 degrees I had to set it at about 375. The timer seems to be accurate. When looking for a cookie sheet, I found that the headlines said 17" but in the description it was more than 17".
