Good fit, good price
Comes with everything but the drive (including screws and labels). Good quality, cheaper than Dell. Works great! Do they even sell you caddies if you don't buy the drive from them?

Product is as-advertised, Service is excellent.
I purchased four of these 2.5" hard drive caddies for a PowerEdge R440 server used by my small business. Product is exactly as advertised, worked flawlessly with the server and, matches the Dell hard drive caddies exactly (barring not having a sticker showing the drive type). Installation was trivial. One unit was missing a front bezel sticker showing the indicators but otherwise worked. I contacted the seller late on a Friday evening requesting a replacement bezel. I had a response in my in-box on Saturday morning. Workdone shipped me a full replacement unit on Saturday which arrived Tuesday. I would highly recommend both the product and this seller.

The right size
This is slot center and goes in well. Careful with the caddy selection. The dell storage servers say 2.5 drive compatible but more importantly is caddy style, this has center slot others are sides. Regardless this one worked great.

These work well with my drives and server. Easy to swap in and out of the server and change drives with four small screws.

Screws will damage your Hard Drive
Update: Seller's customer service was very professional. Replacement received, and now screws are fit. 4 little screws are about 1 mm longer than standard. When you tighten up them, your driver's screw thread will be damaged.

indistinguishable from the original part
Only difference as far as I can see is the small sticker that says WorkDone instead of Dell. It's a shame that this product even has to exist - wish Dell would just give blank trays like Super Micro, or at least sell blanks upon request. But, it has been that way for more than a decade, and unlikely to change, so if you need to put non-Dell drives in your PowerEdge, this is the right thing to buy. It comes with 5 screws and 4 stickers per caddy, and was even a mini philips screwdriver in the box.
