Review: Excellent Quality - Recently went on an extended weekend trip and brought this Peak Design Backpack on the plane. It held everything I needed and then some. Expanded to 45L which is great if you need extra room and the airline (Air Canada) allowed. It fit into the overhead compartment. Extremely durable material, along with creative & practical design makes this a great backpack for travel. The quality of the materials are high performance. The pulls are really tough, the zippers don't get snagged and are very high quality. Many compartments to house different items so you can be very organized. Almost everything about this backpack is wonderful. The only thing I can say that they can improve on is the shoulder straps have a sternum strap, which is not easy to connect to the other shoulder strap. Maybe use a better system, with two sternum straps with a metal clip on both ends that clips onto each other. Other than that, a real quality product. I hope to use it more in the near future. I will use it as my exclusive travel backpack.
Review: Great bag if it suits your needs, excellent quality - This item gets a lot of returns, and I bet it's because people get it to try it out but end up going with something that better suits their uses and is cheaper. The quality is obviously very high so I doubt it's due to defects. The biggest flaw (no comfortable handles) is easily fixed. While it has great "grab handles" in strategic locations for putting it on, taking it off, and getting it in and out of vehicles, it doesn't have good handles for carrying when you're not using the backpack. Simple solution: use any shoulder strap clipped to the handy attachment points. They're not intended for that, and look like it might be off-balance, but it turns out it works quite well. It's narrow, so you'll tend to use it with smaller compression sacks. While it's a decent packpack, it doesn't have load lifters, so while the hip belt is good enough to carry the load, your shoulders will always carry part of it -- how much depends on your torso length. I'm 6'1" but long legs so medium male torso, but my shoulders carried about 1/3 to 1/2 the load. I tried to rig up some load lifters using the attachment points and it almost worked -- it would have worked had my torso been an inch or three shorter. So, this is NOT a long trek hiking backpack. Almost but not quite. The pockets and access points are nicely laid out and useful. It does weigh an extra pound or two, but once I get 30-40 lbs of stuff in it, that doesn't matter to me.

A: I currently fit my 2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch with no problem . But beyond that I am not sure, it fit in nicely

A: The short answer is "no". I was not all impressed with the design of this large backpack.  Very limited compartmentalization. Very hard to use the chest strap.  I did not like this backpack at all.

Recently went on an extended weekend trip and brought this Peak Design Backpack on the plane. It held everything I needed and then some. The pulls are really tough, the zippers don't get snagged and are very high quality. Many compartments to house different items so you can be very organized. Very nice travel backpack. I like big backpack so for me the size is perfect. It seems very durable and very comfort to use. This backpack is rather on the expensive side, but the quality is good.
