The failure was that the switching functionality was malfunctioning. Not all the switches were turning on at the same time. Only one switch would turn on while others remained switched off.I wish they had a repair service. Anyway I have ordered the same product again as my kids wanted the exact same configuration.Installation isn't difficult, however an average electrician would struggle as its not their run of the mill job. The install configuration however is clearly mentioned on the manual and the device.The remote needs upgrade as it is flimsy and buttons make sound like a 1990s radio.Cheers to the Sisah team to bring this product to market.
