Steam Scents - Fresh Applie

The product came quickly as described. It was smaller than I thought, but after understanding how it works I understand why. You put this on the actual pad, not in the water of the haan. The bottle isn't squeezable and it doesn't come out very well. You have to shake it to get little drops to go on the pad. I shake it and touch the pad all over to get it on there. It also doesn't last very long. It gives the scent at first but definitely doesn't fill the room with the smell and you have to put more if you stop and start again for the smell to come out. Works but I think you could put other oil scents on the pad and have it work just as well. I bought the haan kind b/c I thought it went in the water and didn't want to mess up the steamer. Now I know different.

I purchased this scent to try something new (previously tried the citrus scent but had an issue with the bottle half way through use).The fresh apple scent is nice but only last a short while after steam mopping. When purchasing my steam mop the one thing I was sad about losing was the fresh scents I used to enjoy when mopping with cleaners. The Haan steam scents make cleaning smell good :)Would have rated the product more stars if the scent lasted a little longer.Would recommend to others until I find one that last longer :)

I can't say how I like the fresh applie Haan steam scents as I was apparently sent a orange scented one instead...it does smell orangy, but only seems to last for a short time.

I ordered the green apple scent, but received the freesia scent. The company (Hard To Find Items) removed the comment from their commenting page. I did not send it back, because I opened it to see if the scent was okay. It smells good if you like floral scents. I prefer fruit scents and that was why I ordered Green Apple.I tried it in my Steam Cleaner. I does not leave a residue on the floor. It does scent the air and makes the room smell like you have done something cleaning wise, instead of smelling like nothing when you normally steam clean. The scent does not last very long, though and is completely gone within 30 minutes of cleaning. I have not tried it on my fabrics or carpets yet.

I received my Haan steam mop for Christmas and decided to order this to try it out. Upon arrival the bottle had leaked everywhere. I was under the impression that you added this to the water but this is added to the pad, didn't work as well as I had hoped. Ended up throwing it away because after using it once the cap broke and oil was everywhere, what a waste.

I can't smell any apples even after more than the 3 recommended drops. Maybe my sense of smell is weak but I wouldn't buy this again.

I followed the instructions that suggested several drops on the underside of the pad on my Haan steamer. I did not detect any scent after cleaning my kitchen floor.
