Do you work hard for your money? If so, you do not want to purchase anything from this company because they are a complete scam. I purchased a hot lather machine that was supposed to be top of the line as far as quality. I paid upwards $300 for the machine. When the machine arrived it did not work. It was without a doubt a faulty product. I contacted the company to report this issue of the product not working. Because you cannot check emails through an android mobile device, they took it upon themselves to decide that I hadn’t responded in enough time to deserve a refund on a product that IS OPERATIONALLY DEFECTIVE. It had been approximately a week or so since I had originally emailed them. It was well under 30 days from time of original purchase when I contacted and responded to them, and they still denied me any type refund. Instead they thought it was appropriate to force me to use the manufactures warranty, which allows one free repair in the span of one year after the purchase date of the product. Nevertheless, I had lost any confidence in the device since it never worked in the first place. So if it were to operationally fail again within the first year, which seems likely since it never worked in the first place I would lose the approximate $300 I had paid for this product. This seller is a scam and just wants to take advantage of buyers that spend their money on high dollar products with the expectation that they will actually work, and if the product doesn’t work it would seem they would refund your money like any legit business would. NOT THE CASE HERE!! I am just a normal person trying to work hard to earn the things in life I might enjoy, please don’t make the mistake I did and trust this company, because you may find yourself $300 in the hole with a piece of useless metal in a cardboard box.
