The "reset" wheel will not rotate now from its original position when bought. **Q: With the reset button on the outside and obvious, can anyone just reset the combination on this?** A: Once Set, You'll need the right combination to reset the lock. **Q: Is it metal** A: No it is not metal. It is hard plastic **Q: What material is it made of?** A: Plastic, with interior foam, and a magnetic backing. Regardless, this is a horrible product and I've had to return two of them. The interior foam creates a small space for one key and, although it says it is removable, good luck trying to get it out. Neither has been used frequently and they’ve been hidden in climate-controlled areas, so weather and humidity were not concerns. Both have now gotten stuck, 1 in the open position and 1 in the closed. I have no clue if the combination accidentally shifted or if the mechanism is stuck, but it’s strange that it’s happened to both.
