Magnetism and Magnetic Materials

One of the best books I have ever read. Brilliantly written and top notch quality and latest research based information.

Really good book, I got it from my college library, Amazon.in please offer that paperback version also, which was available on Amazon.com.

Covers all applicative aspects in depth and contains very enlightening figures regarding market for magnetic materials and their applications. The only downside is that the book is in black and white, color would have been great.

I just got this book and have not get chance to read it carefully. I would like to talk about my first impression: 1. Very up-to-date topics can be found here, such as introduction to domain wall logic, Datta-Das transistor and spin-hall effect. 2. Very informative figures and pictures! I know everyone knows how Fert and Grünberg look, but it is very nice to see a real photo of Wohlfarth- yes, the guy in the stoner-wohlfarth particle. 3. The contents well suit experimentalists. If you get bored with Chikazumi , this book will fresh you up. That's it. I will read it and tell you more later.

After reading the book I found myself being very tiny. The principles of magnetism and quantum computing shocks totally on me!

I am interested in biomagnetism so I wanted to read a book related to magnetic materials This book was a wonderful choice...full of informaton and easy to read
