Quality is excellent.
Very easy to use. Worth the money. Have used for years! The breading is very light not heavy. We just wet our fish shake in plastic bag with breading then deep fry. Very easy. We also sprinkle some old bay and lemon pepper in plastic bag also for a little extra flavoring.
