Fortunately I purchased from AMZN and within 30 hours had a replacement. The second set have worked as expected. If you bought it from Amazon as I did...I submitted a return request....and within two days had a brand new set at my front door. We absolutely love the solid and clean, sleek look of this tool set. It has substance, not at all flimsy. The brushed gold (not antique gold) is stunning — perfect — and you don’t easily find it. I like that the hanging tools are secured by indentations in the horizontal bar, and still easy to pick up when you want them. I tried in vain to find a recommended screen match by Pilgrim, so I tabled further search until after Christmas when we did it together. We found the screen pictured here in another brand, which cost must less (balancing the total cost). I saw reviews about breaking tools; our cheap set held up, so I hope this does, too.
