Worked perfectly in a 2000 Civic Si. Just buy it - no brainer..
Update, 06/24/2022: ~10 years old and still passing emissions inspection.. Original Review: I didn't know Denso until I found out I needed a front O2 sensor. After being told by Honda that it would be $290.00 for the sensor and another $150.00 for labor, I did some research and found that Denso is a respected company in the Honda enthusiast community and an oem. I checked several online sources and a local chain. Amazon had it for about 10 bucks less on average (thanks Amazon). It even came with anti-seize paste. After having it installed (should have done it myself but had Honda do it for 150), the check engine light went out and all is well. It's too early to talk about long term performance but so far, so good. Great product, great price, great Amazon service. Happy customer.

Genuine Denso sensor,
This was a "Sold By Amazon" purchase, not one from a third-party seller. It is a GENUINE Denso O2 sensor, not one of the many fake Denso bootleg sensors out there (this was confirmed with a representative at Denso USA). Correct upstream fitment for my 1999 Honda CR-V, with the correct connector already installed, and was completely plug & play. If you're having difficulty getting the connector of your old sensor to come apart, it may be because it's a fake Denso sensor; this was the case with the bad sensor I was replacing, and the connector of the Chinese fake wasn't molded quite dimensionally correct. Also, remember to disconnect the battery GROUND before and during installation.

Perfect OEM replacement
This is an OEM replacement part that costs half of the Acura part (which is also made by Denso). The harness is a few inches longer than the factory harness, but it's nothing that a ziptie won't fix (I believe this is because it fits both the front and rear O2 sensor positions). The sensor comes with a tube of high-quality anti-seize and required 10 minutes to install, including the time to jack up the car. The new sensor cleared my check engine light and has performed well over the course of 16 autocross runs.

Good Replacement Part.
Fit well as direct replacement. Unfortunately my failed smog test was due to cat converter.

Perfect! The right part! Turned off the check engine light. Same part OEM without the Honda markup.
Bought this to replace an oxygen sensor for my 2000 Honda CRV 4WD with manual transmission. Took about 1/2 an hour. Hints make sure you have an attachment for your socket wrench that lets you remove and install that allows for the wires. I used this one It's well made 3/8-inch drive by 7/8" (22mm) offset. It cost about $10). Mine needed some rust busting spray and a little leverage to remove. My mechanic quoted about $400. to replace. I saved about $350. Check engine light went off right away. Don't forget to disconnect the negative side of the battery.

Perfect fit
For my 1999 Honda CRV upstream sensor. It was the right part and fit BUT this can be a bear of a job! The plug is behind the engine where only one arm will fit. I couldn't for the life of me release the plug as you have to squeeze one side and pull it apart. Practically impossible with one hand -on your back on the garage floor. I tried to chop the old sensor plug into pieces to get it to let go but it wouldn't release. After 2 hours of fighting, broke it loose from the tab attaching it to the body of the car and forced both hands onto it- Finally got it to release;( Why didn't I just cut the wires you say- well if I did that, there NO WAY to get crimpers up into the space to graft a new sensor on.
