Do I need to refrigerate it?** A: Hello,So basically if you don't take the ham out of the air tight plastic wrap your are fine. You can leave it unopened out of a refrigerator as long as you like. If you remove it from that plastic keep a cheese cloth on it or a kitchen towel over it. When you start to cut slices off of it make sure to keep that point moist with Olive Oil. It comes with a white label, that according with the Spanish regulation, it is for the hams of at least 50% iberican breed and they lived in a feeding place eating feed. It should come with the green one, for animals with at least 50% iberican breed and cage-free animals. So, you're selling an inferior quality ham, but on the description, it said that the quality is better.
