How does it strengthen the enamel?

I'm not sure regarding this product. I had a good Google for you but came up with very little information. I wound up landing on a product/toothpaste called 'regenerate' it's supposed to be scientifically proven to strengthen existing enamel, I was that curious I've got the toothpaste and mouthwash coming tomorrow. (It is a little more expensive than this toothpaste though) Sorry I couldn't find an answer for this product but I hope this information helps.

Does it contain flouride for healthy teeth?

Yes - dentist grade ... though you should know that the modern diet generally provides us with enough fluoride anyway.

Do you use this in place of toothpaste or after toothpaste?

In place of. Very effective at removing stains and keeping them controlled. I drink red wine and black coffee which are about the two worst things for discolouring your teeth! My teeth are now pretty good; best for years! Good luck.
