Lo compré para mi papá de 85 años y resolvió un problema posterior a su cirugía de cadera. No podría caminar sin esto

Even though I need to wear an air cast for just a month, walking even with a cane put a lot of strain on my other foot. The last thing I needed was to injure my good foot while trying to protect the ankle in the air cast. I called the prosthetic place where I got my air cast to see if they had something to level my good foot. They had no suggestions except maybe I could find some old platform shoes from the 1970's. So I did a search on Google, and it led me here. I spent 2 days researching this product and was convinced that this would work. Boy am I ever glad I did. After getting this, I put it on one of my slippers and immediately knew I made the right decision. I now can walk without a cane if I choose, and the subtle pain if my good foot is gone. It is well worth every penny I spent. I am going to contact the prosthetic place where I got my air cast and suggest that they start stocking these for others who have the same problem as I had. What a great device!!!

This does what it should, evens up your shoe and air-cast. For what it is and what it is made of, it is way over priced. The durability is ok. This is made of flip flop sole material. It lasted the 4 weeks I needed, but is pretty much done. It stays on well. If you are on the upper side of the size, order up. The size large barely fits a size 13 running shoe (there is over hang front and back).

As soon as I put this device on, I noticed a huge amount of relief in my knees from wearing an ankle boot. I am a larger man (290 lbs. 6'0"). I believe this would get all 5 star IF the device was more durable. It lasted about 2 weeks and I had to buy another (which I gladly did). I work on a farm and was on my feet 8-10 hours a day, so I figure I use it more than most. The double sided tape that holds the upper pad to the lower pad could not stand getting too dirty before its adhesion gave way. I had ZERO problems with velcro strap, as other reviews noted. I did not over tighten. I used the evenup on a hiking boot to give me maximum lift/evening with therapeutic boot. I might like to find a more sturdy apparatus, but would recommend this to anyone who is in a therapeutic boot.

If you are using a walking boot for an ankle injury, these fit on the bottom of your "good" leg shoe. They help lessen the height differential between the two legs. Without them you end up walking bent over to the side. Some walking boot manufactures claim these aren't necessary, but I strongly disagree. These are well made, functional, and help you walk more safely. I'd buy again.
