I've done 3 workouts with it now and wanted to give my initial impressions. You can see from the pictures that the wrap that protects the rope is a joke. It was toast after the first workout. The rope seems to be ok, but I noticed about 3 or 4 snags like what are shown in the picture after the first workout as well. I used this in a soft, grassy area, so I do question the long term durability of this. It does seem to be working well, and it's not quite as stiff as it was the first day. If you have more questions pls contact us freely" To say it does not affect the usage says to me, they don't use the product. Additionally, their remedy, "pull the rope at the reverse direction or each end" does not work. I bought this rope because it was the least expensive, "you get what you pay for".
