This moving blanket is really heavy duty and works great for protecting furniture. It’s thick, soft, and big enough to cover large items. I’ve used it a few times already and it’s held up perfectly — no rips or loose stitching. Definitely worth it if you’re moving or need to protect stuff in storage.

Bought these 3 years ago (2023) and just bought another set of 6 to add to the collection as these are amazing utility blankets. I use them for everything: Padding door frames and door steps when moving items, work surface or table top protectors for when laying out tools or such, drop cloths, and of course as moving blankets. I have yet to wash them but they are machine washable. I have rented pads from u-haul, and I would say I believe the u haul ones are thicker but the material is hard to clean, whereas these are easy to spot clean and they are of a bit “slippery” material so no lint collection or such.

These moving blankets did exactly what I needed them to do. The size is perfect, not too large, but big enough to cover and protect furniture. They have a nice medium thickness: padded enough to prevent scratches and dents, but not so bulky that they get in the way while loading or adjusting items. The construction feels solid and durable. You don’t need anything overly fancy for moving, just something sturdy and dependable, and these fit that description really well. I used them between pieces of furniture in the moving truck to prevent scuffing, and they worked perfectly. We also laid a few on the floors to protect from dragging or dropping items, and they held up great. Even after the move, I’ve kept them for ongoing household use because they’re still in excellent shape. Overall, these were a great value and helped keep our belongings protected throughout the move. I’d absolutely recommend them for anyone preparing for a big move.

Nice product and good protection for you furniture

These aren’t the heaviest but they work great and the material seems to hold up good. Bought these to use for move versus the thin ones you can rent. These are so much thicker and heavier duty for almost like renting them. We didn’t scratch one item. They are shipped vacuum packed and they will expand once get air. Highly recommend these with one caveat use plastic wrap and wrap them tightly.

What a bargain? High quality, excellent size, great price??

These are just fantastic! Who knew that a simple object that you thought you needed for a simple move would be there for you long after that. Read on...the blankets do make a difference in this story: In our case, simple was not so simple. We moved from the north most point in Florida to south Florida. I’ve moved many times in my life, but this one....this move nearly killed me. Well, the verdict is still out on that one. We couldn’t move right into our home and so we moved into a temporary home for a few weeks. Packing up everything and living a nomadic life is not glamorous. It is hard. Living out of boxes is tough. We finally made it in to our new home and realized that, what we thought would be a small renovation turned out to be a major remodel...and I mean major. So, my husband (who travels for work=not there much) and I and our three pets (+ my daughter’s cat = 4 pets) live in a home that’s being renovated. So the boxes and furniture that we had wrapped in these amazing blankets....are still very much in a ‘waiting to be unpacked’ state, all while workers are drilling into concrete walls and floors, connecting this pipe to that, moving walls and removing (Black laminate) floorings. So these blankets...saved our furniture. Not only did these blankets help us with the move, they also have protected our belongings throughout the renovations. I know... you’re thinking....a bit anticlimactic ending?? Well, Living in dust, noise, and chaos leads to a few breakdowns, especially if you’re a creature that needs an organized and clean neat like I am, you begin to appreciate the small things that are there for you. You don’t overlook a blanket made for moving. These blankets have been there for our family. The more practical side of me: these blankets are sturdy, heavy...yet lightweight, strong and durable. They went through a lot....and still look like they just came out of the box.

They're not that heavy duty but they're an excellent product for the price.

Siiiii, el material y la medida necesaria para cubrir unos muebles en la mudanza. Nos sirvió mucho para el día de campo y como llovió también nos fue útil, para secarla solo la sacudí y la dejé un rato al sol, no guardo olor. En su momento será lavada. Recomendable

They are thinner than the heavy duty pads used by movers but sturdy and practical. We used them to cover the floors when we had the house interior painted. Super. I, also, use them as mats for my tools if I'm working in one area of the living or dining room. Very practicle.
