Fits perfectly. Protects well, and with a slim profile. I did not consider it at first because I do not have an Apple pen. So the result is a 1/4 inch wider to include a slot for a Apple pen/pencil which I do not own. The cover folders in many positions making it much more versatile than most other slim covers. Closes magnetically which send it into sleep mode. Wakes up when opened. Just a great cover all around.
