But the instruction sheet that came with it was not helpful. Keep it anyway for other functions and battery disposal later on. I give this 1 less star because it's not easy to switch between iOS to Andoid. Notice that the euro, pound and camera symbols shown on the sheet are not on the keyboard. Now, to rave about are; I appreciate it's universal functions and its backlight, that's why I bought this. Physically, the keyboard is indeed the thinnest and lightest out there that is rechargeable and with a dimmable backlight. The keys have a soft touch and light bounce that is easy on the fingers. The metal body is cool to the touch. I cannot say much about durability because I just had it for 2 weeks. I used this on my iPad mini and Note 8, haven't tried it on Windows or Chromebook and on our smart TV and gaming consoles. Before first use, I charged this for 3 hours on my laptop because this keyboard requires < 3 amp of power.On the Note 8, it works best with this than on my iPad mini. It paired easy no sweat. All keyboard functions works on all my apps that requires a keyboard for input. For music and videos, you have to tap on it before the keyboard can control the app. Example, on Spotify, tap the play first then the keyboard controls follow. But this drains the battery FAST and HOT!!! From 75% to 15% in 45 mins of use. (Of course, it depends on the other apps running in the background, but that's my experience.) I previously typed this review with it but my battery was low, so when I unpaired my phone so I can charge it in another room, my draft disappeared. So beware of that. To use the brightness buttons, ctrl+E then press those buttons, to go back to Android functions, ctrl+Q.On my iPad mini 1st gen, it pairs but the response time is slow. Worst on Office Windows and if the file size is big. It responds faster on Google Docs. But this doesn't drain the battery of my iPad just like it did on my Note 8. It can sit standby with my iPad for the day with not much battery consumption. To use the iOS functions, I had to go to home first but all works just fine.I've said I liked it's universal features but switching from one system to another is not that easy. But it's something I can bear with. iOS to Android, turn on bluetooth on Android, scan to pair, on the turned on keyboard, ctrl+C then ctrl+Q, on your android device, the keyboard name will appear and it will ask for pairing, select ok then it should work with all your apps. From Android to iOS, turn on bluetooth on iOS, forget the keyboard name, turn off then on the keyboard to reset it, ctrl+C on keyboard, wait for it's name to appear then select connect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy on the go, and very pretty *by L***H on Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2018* This key board is the perfect size to take anywhere. It is easy to store in a decent sized purse or your school bag. It is easy to set up with your iPad and has a strong back up light where you can type in the dark.
