Excellent question. Unfortunately, since Acer doesn't publish detailed specifications or hardware manuals, it's not possible for me to provide you with a direct answer. All I can do is try to help you find the answer for yourself. If you're handy enough to replace your own solid state drive, then you're handy enough to open up your Acer Cloud Laptop and see for yourself. There are 3 types of card-type SSDs: M.2 SATA, M.2 PCIe (more commonly referred to as NVMe) and mSATA. This SSD is an mSATA model, and it will only fit a mSATA card slot. The last photo in the listing shows you what a mSATA slot looks like, and for this card to fit properly, your laptop must also have one or two screw anchors just under 2" from the mSATA slot so that at least one screw anchor matches up with a corner of the SSD. (SSDs of this type are sufficiently standard in length that if your screw anchors are just under 2" from the mSATA slot, the SSD will fit.)

anyone install in the wifi slot of an HP Stream 11? (yes, will then need an ext wifi adapter)

If anyone did, then it would be quite a feat, indeed. This SSD goes in a mSATA slot. Wi-fi cards fit PCIe minicard or M.2 slots. Attempting to stuff a mSATA SSD into one of those slots would most likely break the SSD or the slot. But, as Jim Nabors once famously sang, you can be happy if you've a mind to!
