🏊♂️ Master your stroke, dominate the pool.
The Finis Forearm Fulcrum is a senior-sized, rubber training aid designed to connect the forearm and hand, preventing wrist bend to improve swimming technique. It enhances water feel on the forearm and palm, promoting correct muscle memory and reducing shoulder stress. Ideal for stroke refinement, it encourages an early vertical forearm catch across all four competitive strokes, making it a must-have for serious swimmers aiming to elevate their performance.

An amazing training tool. Not for long distances... They are meant to be used when you start or are getting tired to "re-feel" the water
