I use it in the morning and at night when I remember too, keeping it in the fridge in between uses. The only negative I have is that the roller eventually collects black metal dust inside the jade that comes out the sides and there's been a few times where the dust created black smear marks on my face. I'm assuming its from metal rubbing against the jade? It gets pretty messy, especially if you are using a serum.
