Im Really pleased with it! I wasn't sure what to expect considering the price but it's exceeded any and all expectations. Came with a handy little case too, can't fault it in any way

Great sound and easy to use, but ear grips break easily
I brought this headset to replace one that I had been using for many years. It was important that the sound was clear and that people could easily hear me, as I drive for a living and need to stay in contact with my office and customers. This unit works perfectly and is very easy to connect to my Samsung S8. The only problem I have had is with the plastic ear grips break really easily. I wondered why there were about 5 included in the packaging, but now I understand fully. In only a few weeks I have already gone through 3. I'm not sure what I'm going to do once the other 2 break? The weakest point seems to be where the ear grip attaches to the main headset. The plastic is very thin and not at all flexible. The ear grip needs to be made of something else with some scope to move around a little.

Very poor sound quality
Very poor sound quality. Using 2 devices with it isn't seamless. Once you connect one device the other device is ignored and if a call comes on the other device you can't answer from the bluetooth but have to connect it again from the phone. Streaming sound worked on the Samsung phone but not on iPhone. I am returning it.

Battery life very good.. easy to set up fairly comfortable.. only thing I would improve is make it louder

Does what it supposed to.
Comes with lots of extras. But the only comfortable earpiece is worn out already. I've only had it a month. Easy to pair, easy to use. Long battery life. The earpiece really lets it down. Would still buy again.

Ok for a cheap headset
The sound quality is really poor even at full volume it's hard to hear. It says it's duel phone I have to use 2 phones for work and I have to keep connecting it to each phone when I want to use it or if I get a call Which isn't very practical or safe while driving so end up using the speaker phone on the phone itself. The on off tone is so quite and find myself turning it off and on all the time. FYI there's nothing wrong with my hearing. Can't be too disappointed with it tho as it is a cheaper device than I normally have. As I lost my other one and had to get a quick replacement
