Smittybilt 9974235 Premium Canvas Replacement Top

Put on my 2003 tj out the box could feel the difference in thickness from factory top . Took about a hour to put on .(90°f) allowed to let it set in sun before stretching all into place . Fit perfectly over the factory hardware. Even the plastic that slides into body channels felt thicker and better quality. Every thing zipped up and into place as it should great fit . Had a summer rain storm a few hours after put on no leaks no standing water on top . And the interior pockets are great . Came with door tops to but I have full doors . Great product Really

It leaks , it's loud ! It's not what I thought i orderd at all . This is my personal ride . I want a full refund .it leaks and I've only had it less than month

2003 TJ. Bought this a few years ago and immediately was impressed by the weight and quality of this top. It's super thick and the canvas looks more like a high quality concertable top than a jeep top. It was easy to install and hasn't ever leaked. The difference when driving was night and day. With my old top, I couldn't even hold a conversation but now, it's almost as quiet as the factory hard top. My only complaint is actually a bonehead move on my part. A few months ago, I decided to clean the windows using a gas station squeegee... bad idea. Whatever chemical was in there etched the plastic badly and caused it to fog rapidly. I will be ordering replacement windows for this top because the fabric is still in excellent shape! One of the best purchases I've made!

Nice top, a bit loose and sags a little more at the front than I would like but for the money it’s good. Has pockets etc in the front for storage which is cool.

The material is good quality and heavy and fits well. Compared to my non-premium SB top the noise level at 65 mph is now just a lower frequency rumble, like it changed from a vacuum cleaner to sub woofer sound.And less flapping from the rear side windows. Much better at 40-50 mph but it still doesnt make a lot of diffence at 70 mph. Zippers are still the same and the half door uppers are almost impossible to stretch over the frame without damage. So for twice the price compared to the non premium version I would say this top is certainly better, but just a little bit. I needed support and I have to say their customer service is excellent.

For the price I think it's really good. Comes with zippered pockets, although one of the zippers is hard to grab because its right next to the roll bar. It's definitely thicker than the top that came on my 2006 Wrangler. Is a little noisy but I believe I just need to tighten up the center bar where the velcro is. But for what you pay, it's honestly very good.
