    Good luck getting the lid on

As the other reviewer said, getting the lid to click back on is a NIGHTMARE. In the process of trying to close it, you'll probably end up spilling the whole thing out. My fiance won't even touch the stupid thing because it makes him so frustrated. There's no excuse for this, it's just poorly built and cheaply made.If you do get stuck with one of these, my only suggestion is to fill it by pouring water directly in the dispensing hole -and do whatever you can to never open the whole thing up again.

It's an amazing dispenser, don't get me wrong. But to get the lid on and off is a complete nightmare! The thing is awful to get on. I have to smash my fist or the heel of my palm against each of the four corners. And then, usually, the thing tips over and all the water comes pouring out. We have to refill this every two or three days. There's a white film all over the blue dish that I can't seem to get rid of. It's just a nightmare to set up and take down. The actual usage is great, but the rest is awful.
