Because I ordered a size larger like it said to, but it was too large. One downside to that is that the waist band isn’t Velcro all the way around. If it had been, it would have fit. Another downside is that you have to wear it over a shirts that it doesn’t chafe underarms. I wore a shirt under an then over to cover it up. On the upside, my PT was very impressed with it and copied the information so that he can recommend to his patients. When I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one, I wasn’t given the option. I would have had to return it an reorder it. It would have taken three weeks which would have been too late for when I needed it. Prime was not available. And now it’s too late to return for an exchange. I don’t think it’s the sellers fault.
