These are ok. I have purchased these types of forceps in the past and they were beautifully smooth and clean. these look like someone has just removed them from a factory machine. They were and still are grubby on the hinge and they look crudely made. Don't get me wrong. They will work perfectly for removing hooks from the pike, but they look like they were made by a hand vendor by the side of the road.

Poor quality items. Uncomfortable to use and very stiff. The photo is also misleading! Machine marks present, rough finish.
