Great tool
Good product but a little fragile as these need to be made of light weight materials

Effective for hard to reach areas
You can attach your spray gun and trigger it to spray in high places. I picked this up to do my vaulted ceiling that ranges from 12' to 23' high. It did the job for which it was purchased. A few caveats: Make sure the spray gun is properly fitted and the trigger is properly set. At one point, triggered my gun and it stuck - my fault, not the fault of the pole. Hose management sucks. I clipped my hose into the clips and it would pop out. This is not really a big issue in itself, but the design of the head tilt adjustment had the weight of the hose changing the angle of the spray head. Had Hyde used a rigid locking system rather than a grommet to provide friction, it would have worked so much better. The last thing is the amount of flex in the pole. It's not terrible, but I'd stop and the end of the pole would keep moving, especially when I was hitting the highest areas of my ceiling. It may sound like I have more complaints with this than kudos, but this was super effective at doing what I needed done. It made painting my ceiling go so much faster than with a roller on a pole. Despite the grommet based tilt head, it is well designed,

Very flimsy - useless.
There are a lot of problems with this tool, but the fundamental one is that it's just too cheaply made and flimsy to be used as designed. The trigger actuating feature, for example, looks like a good idea, until you try to use it. It quickly becomes apparent that none of the joints that hold the paint gun is rigid enough to hold it in place, so that pulling the trigger just causes the gun to point downward as they all flex. Likewise, at full extension, with a paint gun weighing, at most, a few pounds on the end, the pole flexes in all directions by several feet, like a big spring. The latch that holds it together when it's extended is also not up to the task, so the paint gun can turn 180 degrees on its axis, which is not conducive to a productive afternoon. All of these problems would have been solved by using eight-cent latches instead of six-cent ones, and springing for a heavier gauge of metal in the pole, but that would have driven the price up by 5%, so it must have been unacceptable.

Works very well. Great time saver.
Works really well but didn't extend it all the way out as it made it too hard to handle on a ladder in a narrow passage between buildings. Used zip ties to make the paint gun more secure.

Faulty product $180 wasted. Customer return missing pieces doesn’t work
Horrible product. It didn’t come with the coil thing to hold the hose. The knob to tighten the gun holder will not hold the gun up so it can spray. It doesn’t have the coil to hold the cord so it won’t stay in place. When I extend the pole to full extension it will not spray. Total waste of $180. So frustrated. Useless piece of garbage. Feel totally ripped off. Could not even use it for 10 minute. Only works if the pole is short and only halftime the time. Worst purchase of my life. I’m sure I got a faulty product that someone returned because it wasn’t all there. You don’t know that until you try to use it. I wish I could return it. Pure garbage.

Loved it!
This thing worked great, but there is a learning curve. I got the 12 footer because it was cheaper than the smaller ones and it really worked out for the best. I never needed a ladder and was able to paint huge house with three gables and a large cathedral porch in no time. Several places during the first 5 gallons ended up with some serious runs until I learned to start moving before pulling the trigger and just generally got the hang of long distance spraying. I used wire ties to attach an old paint brush to a paint pole and brushed the runs out. I was working alone but its ALWAYS better to have someone brushing behind an airless sprayer if you want the best looking job. Brushing the paint in also makes it last longer and appear smoother. That goes for stains and paints. The pole stayed fairly clean and after several hours of painting, the quick attach head can be removed and dropped in a bucket of water and cleaned like new with a stiff brush. Well engineered and should last a lifetime if you only paint a couple houses a year. Would buy the same one again.

Works as explained. I used it for a gravity feed gun and it worked well.
