Works. Pads Slip tho.
Someone in the reviews said they used this on their child's plantar wart and it fell off in four days. It convinced me to buy. I have to say my experience is consistent with this. Though I wouldn't use the term "fell off." I was able to pull mine off my foot in four days. That said, I want to give a word of caution: these foot pads don't necessarily stay on if you walk a lot. I do walk my dog multiple times a day and the pad would be on for some walks and by the end of others it would slip down my foot. What I did the first two days was change the pad every time it did this because I was just absolutely determined to get rid of this wart. Actually, the foot pad worked so well, it uncovered three warts around the main one I was targeting. Plus I realized I had another wart in a similar spot on the other foot, so it was heavy duty and i went through all of the pads in the pack in two days. Then I went to the grocery store and bought the band-aid style version of Compound W hoping it would stay on better. They definitely stayed on better, but i am not 100% sure that the strength was as potent. Nevertheless, I guess I started Sunday. It's Wednesday and I'm pretty happy with the results. I am completely out of the two packs I bought. So I am continuing with wart stick in the affected areas for extra measure. I have it. I'm just using it now, but the warts were 100% removed by compound W.

Fast and Effective
This was a very effective treatment for my plantar warts. Previously I had tried to have the warts frozen off two separate times, but they persisted. These patches worked very well and quite quickly. I had multiple warts on two toes, but I was able to treat and remove all of them with only one order of patches (I ordered a 20 pack and only used one of two packages in the box). The process was easy and relatively quick (I used the patches for less than a month and left them on for about two days each). The patches were very much painless, which was something I was rather worried about when using them. The closest thing I ever got to pain was sensitivity of the skin in the affected area, which was to be expected. My only complaint, or perhaps warning, is that these patches WILL NOT stay adhered on their own. They are too small and too thick to do so. I used Leukotape on top of the patches and it worked like a charm. Do not count on the patches staying in place without additional measures. Other than that, these work wonderfully.

Very effective when it stays in place
I am treating two areas of plantar's warts with this, and for the most part it has been terrific. I have a very large one on the side of my heel and in the two weeks I've been using this it has died back significantly. It's about half the size it was when I started. I also have a cluster on the ball of my foot, multiple smaller warts, and it has done a great job with one caveat: when it stays in place. That is why I can't give these five stars. The one on my heel stays in place reasonably well, but I need to be sure to put a sock on or it can catch on things and peel back, picking up floor junk like hair and carpet lint. It also came off in my sheets once while I was getting into bed. The one on the ball of my foot has been much worse, drifting around the front of my foot, which resulted in a patch of skin dying that didn't have any warts in it. Walking any significant distance, say a few blocks to the store and back, causes the one on the ball of my foot to drift. Maybe if I put medical tape over the patch it would hold, but I didn't bother. I'll probably use a gel for the ball of my foot instead.

Works
Easy to use. Worked in about two weeks. Only issue was the pad would slip sometimes (stronger adhesive is needed).

Compound W Maximum Strength One Step Plantar Wart Remover Foot Pads, 20 Count
I’ve been using the Compound W Maximum Strength One Step Plantar Wart Remover Foot Pads for several weeks, and I have mixed feelings about the product. On the positive side, the foot pads are easy to use. The pads come pre-cut and are simple to apply, which makes the whole process a lot more convenient. Once applied, they stay in place fairly well, and I appreciate how they provide targeted treatment directly to the affected area. The packaging is neat and includes enough pads for multiple applications, which is good value for the price. However, I’ve had some issues with the effectiveness and the overall experience. While there has been some improvement in the size of my plantar wart, it hasn’t fully disappeared as I had hoped. It has shrunk, but the wart is still there after a few weeks of consistent use, and I expected faster results given that this is marketed as a maximum-strength treatment. The process seems to be taking longer than anticipated. Another downside is that the foot pads are a bit harsh on the skin. Even though I follow the instructions carefully, I’ve noticed some skin irritation around the edges of the pad, which has been uncomfortable at times. My skin isn’t especially sensitive, but the acid in the treatment can cause redness or peeling, especially if you leave it on for too long. It’s important to be cautious about the timing and to make sure you’re not over-applying it. In the end, while the product has shown some effectiveness, I was hoping for quicker and more complete results. It may work better for some people, but for me, it’s been a slower process with some skin irritation. I’m still using the product to see if it will eventually work, but I’m on the fence about whether I would repurchase it in the future."

Use these!
Don't bother with all the other products, and just go right to this one. I tried different name brand gels, Chinese company drops found on Amazon that made a huge mess, and after months of use with each option, none ever actually removed the wart. This one did in a very short amount of time. Each pad is to be worn for 48 hours, and in less than half the box, my stubborn wart was gone. Do note that they WILL slide all around, so you'll want to secure them with a big bandage over the top. Even then, it will still shift a bit, but not so much to reduce the effectiveness. I regret not just starting with these foot pads. So much lost skin, so little lost wart with all those other treatments I wasted money on...

Works like a charm
used it for a week and a half, one pad per day covered in medical tape. Nothing happened for the first week, except pain went away. there were no visible changes, I started to get skeptical that it was doing anything. Yesterday, there was a slight stinging pain while walking, and this morning the wart came off in one fell swoop. I'm walking normally now with no pain or discomfort. I've never had a wart before, I can't imagine living with plantar warts for years on end.

Do not buy if you plan on walking...at all
For a product that's meant to stick to the bottom of your foot for up to 48 hours based on the box instructions the adhesive is woefully underpowered. It's 50/50 if it can survive a day rotting on the couch. A 5 minute walk to the mailbox and back and it will have migrated halfway across my foot. I thought maybe I put it on too close to my shower the first time and maybe my foot was still too wet, but the next time I put it on to a 100% dry and clean foot and it was exactly the same. Most recently I tried applying it before bed hoping 8 hours without walking on it and the adhesive would set strong, but just minutes into my morning walk I could feel the bandage sliding on my foot. Fine for an overnight, but worthless for any sort of activity.

Poor condition
The product arrived unsealed and in poor condition. It raises concerns that expired items may have been repackaged in newer boxes.

Would give 10 stars if allowed
This product WILL get your years old plantar wart removed in ONE MONTH OR LESS. You can put your faith in this product. I have gotten many laser treatments done and multiple freezing sessions, however to no luck, it only gotten worse and used to hurt more. This one has 40 percent salycilic acid which slowly but EFFECTIVELY kills the skin around the wart and then one day the entire bad skin will come off like you can see in the first picture. Second one is healed skin with no wart at all. Here is my secret formula , instead of waiting for 48 hours keep replacing the pad after 24 hours dont leave the skin without wart at all and make sure its sticking to the same place , wear socks or stick a tape on the pad and you will see the magic. RECOMMENDED .

Stickers much larger and came off easily
These cannot be used for toes etc, and are really bigger than I anticipated. But I cleaned and dried my feet and didn’t apply cream so the stickers would stick but they came off within an hour.

Works but adhesive isn't great
You will likely need better adhesive to use with this. It's not as comfortable as it advertised for it to be. I found it bulkier than their other products. Even with two alcohol pads to prep the skin and stick it down, it didn't last more than a day when it was time to shower. It also would slip even if wearing compression socks. I found it actually did stick for 48 hours with 3m hospital grade medical tape or Duck brand duct tape over it or around the edge. That being said it still works well to remove deep warts.

So far so good!
Wow I did NOT except this to work! I have had a plantar wart for decades that I have not been able to remove (freezing or otherwise - it just kept coming back). My plantar wart required 2 packs before it started “pushing” out of the skin; now most of it is gone and I have kept the patch on to make sure it stays away. With the 2nd pack, I decided to use a patch to treat a smaller wart on my hand (I cut them in half given the small size of the wart) and within 2 nights the small wart was GONE. Now… the stickiness that everyone mentions. I noticed that running or walking with this is not a good idea since it WIILL shift. The insole of my shoe or my sock would get this sticky residue that is hard to remove due to the shifting patch. These are definitely meant to be worn at home and when sleeping. I made sure to wear this as much as possible to get the best results and seldom let the wart “breathe” - 5 stars, would recommend
