Works. Pads Slip tho.
Someone in the reviews said they used this on their child's plantar wart and it fell off in four days. It convinced me to buy. I have to say my experience is consistent with this. Though I wouldn't use the term "fell off." I was able to pull mine off my foot in four days. That said, I want to give a word of caution: these foot pads don't necessarily stay on if you walk a lot. I do walk my dog multiple times a day and the pad would be on for some walks and by the end of others it would slip down my foot. What I did the first two days was change the pad every time it did this because I was just absolutely determined to get rid of this wart. Actually, the foot pad worked so well, it uncovered three warts around the main one I was targeting. Plus I realized I had another wart in a similar spot on the other foot, so it was heavy duty and i went through all of the pads in the pack in two days. Then I went to the grocery store and bought the band-aid style version of Compound W hoping it would stay on better. They definitely stayed on better, but i am not 100% sure that the strength was as potent. Nevertheless, I guess I started Sunday. It's Wednesday and I'm pretty happy with the results. I am completely out of the two packs I bought. So I am continuing with wart stick in the affected areas for extra measure. I have it. I'm just using it now, but the warts were 100% removed by compound W.

Works
Easy to use. Worked in about two weeks. Only issue was the pad would slip sometimes (stronger adhesive is needed).

Pretty good stuff
I’m shocked that these work! They stuck to my foot very well the first day, but not the next or next. Might just be that I needed to buy another type/shape because I needed it for the curved area of the heel. They are cushioned so they did help protect and pad the painful area which helped with shooting pains somehow too.

Works like a charm
used it for a week and a half, one pad per day covered in medical tape. Nothing happened for the first week, except pain went away. there were no visible changes, I started to get skeptical that it was doing anything. Yesterday, there was a slight stinging pain while walking, and this morning the wart came off in one fell swoop. I'm walking normally now with no pain or discomfort. I've never had a wart before, I can't imagine living with plantar warts for years on end.

Does not stay put
These do not stay in place and therefore cause some issues. The medicine works, but it was working on the wrong part is my foot! I ended up having to wrap medical tape around my foot to keep these in place. Would not buy again

Fast and Effective
This was a very effective treatment for my plantar warts. Previously I had tried to have the warts frozen off two separate times, but they persisted. These patches worked very well and quite quickly. I had multiple warts on two toes, but I was able to treat and remove all of them with only one order of patches (I ordered a 20 pack and only used one of two packages in the box). The process was easy and relatively quick (I used the patches for less than a month and left them on for about two days each). The patches were very much painless, which was something I was rather worried about when using them. The closest thing I ever got to pain was sensitivity of the skin in the affected area, which was to be expected. My only complaint, or perhaps warning, is that these patches WILL NOT stay adhered on their own. They are too small and too thick to do so. I used Leukotape on top of the patches and it worked like a charm. Do not count on the patches staying in place without additional measures. Other than that, these work wonderfully.

Works like a charm!!
This treatment really works! I have 2 warts in the creases of my fingers, they truly get in the way and are a nuisance. I was always worried about having them burned or frozen off because my husband has had it done before and was really dramatic about the process. I was also concerned because I work as a hairdresser and have my hands in water, shampoo, and products all day long. I ordered these salicylic acid pads for my husband and I to use, with low hopes of them actually working. To my surprise, they worked like a charm! We followed directions exactly, soaked the wart in warm water for a few minutes prior to applying a bandaid. They are not waterproof, so I bought some additional wrap to cover it while I work, that I just replaced throughout the day as my hands got wet or dirty, and had no problems. A few times I needed to replace the bandaid after 24 hours instead of 48, but I bought plenty so I didn’t mind. Each time I replaced it, I would soak the wart, use nippers or a file to remove what was dried out, and then covered it back up. You have to make sure the circle is perfectly on the wart, and make the bandaid pretty tight or it will wiggle around. It does dry the skin out all around the wart as well, which feels tight and itchy, but it’s nothing unbearable. Just a mildly uncomfortable process. But I actually had fun watching the wart slowly die and seeing the black capillary areas come off, sort of satisfying picking away at it, lol. Overall, it took 10 days for the wart to dry out, come off, and then the dried out skin to level back out to look smooth and normal again. Way quicker than I imagined. I added some photos of what the process looked like for me. I wasn’t left with a hole like some reviewers, but maybe my wart just wasn’t that bad. The area where it came off was just tender for a little while as it healed. This is a great way to remove warts and the only thing I’m frustrated about is that I didn’t do it sooner. I’ve had these warts for years and had no idea it would be this easy to remove them. Do it!!!! Updated and added a picture of my fingers about a month later. Looks like I never even had 2 warts on my fingers, healed great

Do not buy if you plan on walking...at all
For a product that's meant to stick to the bottom of your foot for up to 48 hours based on the box instructions the adhesive is woefully underpowered. It's 50/50 if it can survive a day rotting on the couch. A 5 minute walk to the mailbox and back and it will have migrated halfway across my foot. I thought maybe I put it on too close to my shower the first time and maybe my foot was still too wet, but the next time I put it on to a 100% dry and clean foot and it was exactly the same. Most recently I tried applying it before bed hoping 8 hours without walking on it and the adhesive would set strong, but just minutes into my morning walk I could feel the bandage sliding on my foot. Fine for an overnight, but worthless for any sort of activity.
