I started emailing, calling, IMing...i even went to their Facebook page and referenced my ticket number...all to no avail. First request for help went out Feb 7, and it is now 27 Feb, and there's still no movement. I haven't taken it apart to start working on it yet because I am trying to preserve the warranty, but at this point, the warranty seems not worth any more than the paper it's written on. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy as a brick, high quality prints *by B***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 20, 2019* Tiertime's customer service is second to none... Extremely helpful. ### ⭐ Do not buy this printer *by A***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on January 3, 2021* I performed a lot of research before buying this printer, and all I can say is that I failed....massively.The printer itself is impressive and looks like it will do the job - and if it came with other software then I genuinely believe this is true. Frankly, the native software that controls the printer is without doubt, the worst piece of commercial software I have ever had the misfortune to use. It is bug ridding, fails to stay connected to the printer when on wi-fi, fails to recognise changes in material profiles even when restarted and it's infill algorithms are a complete farce. I manage commercial software deliveries for a living and if my team produced this rubbish as the finished article then I would be sacked. Getting this thing to produce the simplest of outputs is very much a labour of necessity..... not love.
