Yoper Bluetooth Kit Compatible with BMW and Mini Cooper Android iPhone iPod Integration Music Interface Adaptor for Cars USB AUX Connector

For whatever reason, my 2015 vehicle didn't come standard with Bluetooth, but this was a great solution, without a lot of messy cables all over the place. I got it working in a few seconds. The only odd thing is that the usb plug for other devices only works if Bluetooth isn't enabled on the charger - which was resolved by using the cigarette lighter converter. Otherwise, it's a perfect solution for my car.

Worked on my E60 2008 BMW 550i using an iPhone 8. Plugged into the usb & aux connection inside the center armrest. Connectivity was quick, no connection loss, and sound quality is good. The USB port on the cable charges while playing over Bluetooth. If there is a gripe, there is no way to turn off the Asian lady’s voice that tells you that you are connected. Her hard accent is kinda annoying. Anyway, it’s a good product for the price.

I bought this Bluetooth kit to replace my old one that finally stopped working after years of reliable use. This new unit performs well overall — pairing was quick and easy, and the audio quality is solid. I’m deducting one star because the connection occasionally cuts out, which wasn’t an issue with my previous one although they look almost identical.

I ordered this product after purchasing a 2012 MCS a couple of months ago. I wanted the ability to connect my iPhone 7 to my car via bluetooth and still have the ability to play music from my phone as well. The MCS has the functionality to connect to the iPhone via bluetooth but only for calls. After receiving the product I quickly found out this product was less than stellar in its performance. The audio quality was sub-par when it was working which was hit or miss (right out of the box). If you are looking for a replacement to the "Y" cable for your European vehicle I would recommend buying the OEM product. I found out the hard way that even though this product was more economical it severely lacked in functionality and in no way replaces the OEM "Y-Cable".

Just installed this in my 2010 BMW650! I am not a "gadget officionado" and don't have much patience with electronic tech things, but this was so easy to hook up, done in a few minutes including reading the manual. It sounds super on my cars stereo system. Lets see how long it lasts, but for now, I can recommend this without hesitation. I now listen to my favorite music on Spotify and dont need to listen to radio anymore.

I will say I almost returned before reading the instructions! HA! I didn't think it would make it blue tooth but instead be able to connect my Iphone12 to my 2011 Mini Cooper. I had one for an old Iphone 4 that I had to have the phone plugged in and tried to use this one the same way. Finally saw to go into my blue tooth settings on my phone and there it was!! I think the sound is incredible! I am old school and still buy CD's and this sounds much much better! Very glad especially for the low cost! If I got one from Mini it would be $150+

Easy to connect, sound quality is acceptable. However, there are very random cutoffs, for a sec. TRICK to have it charge your phone and play music via Bluetooth even though they say it doesn’t do this. 1. Connect via Bluetooth, and connect your phone via USB. 2. Click the button on the Bluetooth transmitter, it will turn off Bluetooth and your phone starts to charge and you can’t play music 3. Click the Bluetooth button again and music will play and phone still charges.

This connects into the aux and USB ports in my BMW, then I connect to it via Bluetooth. Sound quality is good as long as you select aux on the idrive. You can’t control the music from any of the car controls but that’s okay for me. It streams my iTunes library and anything else from my phone, so happy with that.

If you are looking for sound quality this is not the right Bluetooth transmitter for you. Sound comes out good but as soon you turn the volume up on you radio or phone, the sounds comes out distorted.

No instructions given and it doesn't work with my mini cooper 2007. Waste of time and money.
