This writing set is amazing - just what I was after. The pens write very smoothly. The selection is superb with a range of inks and a handy guide booklet. Everything I need to get going and improve my creative writing! Would recommend.

This set of pens was economical, so I wasn't expecting much. But I was greatly surprised to find that they're beautiful pens. They write smoothly, the ink flows evenly. They start writing the moment you insert the ink cartridge. You could spend a lot more money and not find a finer set of writing instruments. I'm 69 years old, and although I'm very computer literate, I still write letters to family and friends by putting pen to paper. I enjoy the look of classic cursive written with an italic nib. Unlike whipping off an email that will be read once or maybe twice and then deleted into oblivion, my handwritten letters are treasured by their recipients. They are retained and read aloud at family dinners. Because my letters are special, I write with quality calligraphy fountain pens, using good inks that won't fade over time and 32-pound, acid-free paper. I'll be using my fine point Pablo pen for writing my letters and the medium and broad points for adding illustrations.

At times Ink doesn’t flow evenly. When flowing properly pens work great.

Writing always looks better with a fountain pen. I used these for my Christmas cards and lots of people noticed. The ink flow is good and I like having three nibs for different widths. Nice item.

The pens were for my daughter and she loves them.

Purchased because it had everything included in this set. Like the grippers on the end of the pens and that the extra cartridges come in a variety of colors.

Maybe I got a bad batch, but the ink on mine is so unpredictable because I have to unscrew the pen, squeeze the ink for anything to start coming, and so when it does come it is inconsistent. I don't have anything to compare this to as I have never bought calligraphy pens before, but this has proven ineffective for any writing purpose.
