Best gluten-free bread not overly high in carbs and added sugars
I tried several different gluten-free breads, trying to find one that was also not overly high on carbohydrates and added sugars. I didn't care for any of the gluten-free keto/ultra-low carb breads unfortunately. In the end, Canyon Bakehouse Ancient Grain ended up being my favorite. It has a very good flavor and doesn't fall apart when you try to spread peanut butter or mayonnaise on it.

A pleasant surprise!
I was recently diagnosed with Celiac, and I thought eating yummy bread was an experience of the past. I got this without high expectations and was delighted to discover that it is delicious. It's soft, flavorful with a very slightly sweet and nutty taste, and it is made of real grains. It doesn't even taste "gluten free" -- it just tastes like a nice variety of bread you might get at a bakery. I toasted mine and put cream cheese on it. Hooray, I can still enjoy bread! (I saw another review that said it was dry and tasteless - maybe they got a bad batch? Not my experience at all.) The slices are small, but there are plenty of them and I feel like the price is more than reasonable for a gluten-free bread that is genuinely GOOD!

very very tasty
This is a great choice for people that need to have gluten free, or trying to stay away from the toxic wheat that is grown in this country . I have been buying this brand from Costco although they only have one variety. Thought I'd try ancient grains and it was a game changer โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ although my recent attempt to purchase has the price skyrocketing at over 8.00 with a slight discount bringing it it an astronomical 7.99 . I will be buying elsewhere as the price is more reasonable.

Great GF option, good texture
A gluten-free friend visited lately-- this is his favorite grocery-type bread loaf. It's a bit expensive, but he says the texture is way more breadlike than most GF options. He finished most of the loaf while here for only a few days! It also freezes well. To me, the texture is a bit too soft to be convincing, but if you eat a lot of gf bread, it's a great option.

Has definitely shrunk.
I remember when their bread was full-sized. It's disappointing that every commercially-available gluten free bread I know of has shrunk so much.

The slices are smaller, but every bite of this milk free bread is yummy!
I was looking for a milk free bread when I found this ancient grains version. I loved this bread. Then it disappeared! THANK YOU for bringing it back !! Every aspect of this bread is great, & I do not mind the smaller sized slice.

Gluten free bread that holds up
I feel like this gluten free bread doesn't crumble so easily compared to other GF bread and also tastes great! I use this to make my sandwiches. GF bread tends to be a bit pricier, but this one is affordable for daily use.
