Has any made a keto bread in this machine?

I've made Gluten free breads using King Arthur M4M flour. Use the quick bread recipe(no yeast... baking soda instead) swapped the water and most of the sugar for equivalent amounts of juiced apple or orange. added the pulp to the wet ingredients for bonus flavor. (or zucchini, or banana, or pumpkin) on the gluten free setting. it beeps when t is ready for adding fruit, nuts, and seeds. It often needs a bit longer than the prescribed cycle to bake so you add an extra 30 mins and check it. Consistency and taste is really close to store bought banana bread. I do not know how keto it officially qualifies as... but it does the job of mixing and cooking pretty well. Also makes refrigerator jam from fresh berries. I've also made bbq sauce and ketchup in it so I could control the ingredients. if you make odd things... there is need for some experimentation. but it works great and is easy to clean

does this have a on and off button

Sort of... I unplug it when not in use. Plug it in... and it is ready for input. Tap the button until you get the right setting and hit 'go'. It stops cooking automatically when it is done. If there was any issue... like having to bake extra time or stopping early... I just unplug and replug. Probably an official way... but who needs directions...

Does it have a dough only setting?

Yes it even makes yougurt. Great product
