what are the fire and ice flavors?

The fire and ice flavors are not "flavors" per say as much as hot and cold sensations. This combo was personally tried on Shark Tank by Barbra and Mr. Wonderful... Don't dwell on that thought too long. Anyways, I have not personally tried it, but read some reviews on Amazon & there were complaints about the fire balm really burning & stinging lips to the point of discomfort.
